The Champagne region is the only wine region in the world where rosé may be produced by adding red wine — made in Champagne from Champagne-grown grapes. The challenge with adding young Pinot Noir to a fresh Champagne is the tannins and bitterness it can bring. By using only 6% Pinot Noir from our own Premier Cru vineyards, we create a rosé that begins fresh and vibrant, then develops elegant notes of strawberry and raspberry, without any harsh tannins or bitterness.

Ciao! How can we help you?
